Annual Meeting

HEADS UP!  It's nearly time for the WTMC annual meeting!  This year the meeting will be held at The Hope Community Church on November 7th at 7pm.  If you haven't already voted by absentee ballot, you may vote at the annual meeting.  Proxies must be presented in person and will be exchanged for a ballot at check in.  The WTMC board will be present to answer questions and present the budget.  WTMC Board nominees will also be present to introduce themselves and also answer any questions presented. New Hope Community Church @ 7pm 18408 S Tapps Dr E Lake Tapps, WA 98391 Ways to Vote: Vote by Absentee Ballot. Your ballot must reach the WTMC mailbox by November 6th at 5pm. The ballot may be mailed, or hand delivered to the office. Vote by Directed Proxy. Sign and date your proxy and hand it to another who will use it at the annual meeting in person. One ballot per proxy will be given to proxy holders. Vote at the annual meeting in person. If you need a ballot, we will have one for you. We would love to see you there! Budget and Reserve Study Q&A

Board Workshop

  A workshop is a special meeting of the board to discuss topics in depth and help create the agenda for the next board meeting.  No motions or official actions are taken during these meetings.  The meeting will have an estimated running time of 1-2 hours.  Unlike our regular meetings, workshops do not have an official public comment period. The meeting will be hosted on Microsoft Teams.  You may either download the Teams client or join the meeting from your web browser.
