Job Description

Assistant Facilities Manager PURPOSE OF POSITION: Directly responsible for the daily operation and discharge of duties of all WTMC owned park facilities. REPORTS TO: The Facilities Manager. WTMC office by submitting daily and weekly reports and other reports as needed. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Maintain safety, security and cleanliness of all park facilities. Hiring and training & supervision of park attendants; the assigning of their duties. All routine maintenance and repair of park facilities. Responsible for maintaining communication between the WTMC office as to the goings on of the parks. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Proven ability to enforce rules, deal assertively and respectfully with members and guests. Maintain Valid First Aid and CPR certificates. Proven ability to take direction and discharge tasks. Proven previous supervisory skills with teenagers and adults. Proven ability to do maintenance/repair work (plumbing, electrical and carpentry). Ability to be insured to drive company vehicle (Ability to drive a manual transmission). Pay: Hourly position, per hour depending on experience, Maximum of 2000 hours annually Please Send resumes to [Email hidden]
